The shop is situated in Regent Street Shopping Arcade in Kingswood, Bristol. Established in 1994, we carry a stock of about 10,000 books. This is a mixture of secondhand and new (bargain) books. As our name implies, we offer a wide choice of paperback fiction, from Cookson to Clancy! - alphabetically arranged by author under General, Crime, SF/Fantasy, Horror. Most secondhand paperbacks are priced £1 - £2.50. A selection of new paperbacks - RRP £5.99 or more - are offered at half-price - or less! - and include recent bestsellers.

Our SF/Fantasy and Horror departments are particularly popular. Our catalogues include a selection of Modern First Editions across all genres.
We also have Non- Fiction titles, covering a range of popular subjects, from the practical such as Cookery or Gardening to the Supernatural. Nor have we forgotten the Childrens section, where popular, modern series such as "Point Horror" rub shoulders with traditional authors - Blyton , Crompton and so on.
We like to display books which are in the best possible condition - even secondhand childrens books! The fact that our stock is a comfortable mix of secondhand and new is appealing to readers, collectors, and those seeking an inexpensive - and occassionally unique! - gift for a book loving friend or family member.
